I recently visited Question Diagnostics in Tyler, TX and had a great experience overall. At first, I was a little put off that no one was at the front desk and I had to check in using a computer—honestly, not the warmest first impression. But once I found a real person, everything turned around. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me save money on the tests I needed, which I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was how amazing they were with my 6-year-old son. They made him feel comfortable and cared for, which made the whole experience so much easier. I’ll definitely be going back next time we need bloodwork done.

Called multiple times to find out if they offer a specific lab test. They refuse to answer the phone.

Lady who saw me had an attitude and was very rude and kept cutting me off whenever I tried to explain what I was needing. Will never go back. I get treated with more respect at the DMV.

Weird experience but certainly not the worst I've had at a Quest.
They don't answer their phone, ever. Can't even get through the system to speak with a person. So I wasn't able to email them my doctor's order before arriving. Annoying.
Not sure if the staff is aware, but even with the door closed and your curtains drawn, the patients in the waiting room can hear what you are saying.
I walked in for my appointment, the staff had their curtains drawn over the glass partition and the door closed, so it was just an empty waiting room with an ipad to sign in. I could hear them talking about me, commenting on my name and questioning why I was there (lol I'm clearly the person with the appointment). Someone awkwardly stuck their head out to ask who I was, then disappeared. Finally someone came and checked me in and gave me the email to send the order to.
But yeah, we can hear y'all. Thank goodness you weren't discussing a patient's records or PII or I would honestly submit a formal complaint.
P.S. my name sounds familiar to you because it's the name of a very popular baked goods company.

Shelby made the experience quick and painless. It was close to lunch so the place was getting full but they staff was patient and moved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend having your QR code ready when you are at check in, made the process take 15 seconds vs a couple minutes for the people who were not ready.

Making an appointment online was super easy, then I was able to check in on my phone. I was called back within a few minutes and I was able to email my doctor’s blood work order from my phone to the technician directly to print. She typed in my insurance information while another phlebotomist came and drew my blood. She was very fast and efficient so I was able to leave after a few minutes. She had a perfect stick!

Phlebotomists often have trouble drawing blood from me but this one had no trouble at all. She listened to me, examined her options and didn't treat me like a pin cushion. For a change, I walked out of there with just one bandage rather than two or three. When a potential problem presented itself she explained to me what was happening and why, and took successful steps to prevent it. Needing to have blood draws so frequently, you bet I'll be back!

I go to this lab from a one-hour distance. the staff has been kind and courteous, respectful and are conscientious as to my time and the time needed to accomplish all their work. I appreciate the service and courtesy provided by this Quest lab.

Had an appointment at 2PM for lab work
showed up and checked in at 1:40 and was in and out before 2! Very quick and friendly Staff

Arrived and checked in before 4 PM for a drug test, but despite being on time, others who arrived after me and checked in were taken ahead after the lady had talked to other people. I was informed at 4:01 PM that they had stopped taking tests for the day. It's frustrating that they allowed a distraction for just a minute to determine my timeliness & to inconvenience me days worth of paid laboratory work.
