I'm glad I went back to this store. The atmosphere was so much better and the customer service was at its best like it used to be. Brandi was so nice and very helpful she took time help me find what I was looking for without hesitation. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back.

After I finished shopping I went to try to check out and didn’t see anyone. I found the manager and the other worker in the back talking to the delivery driver. I got the attention of one employee and she said to hold on. I waited another 5 minutes as they preceded to carry on their conversation about Juneteenth weekend and them sending messages outside of the job. I had to walk back there and ask them if they planned on checking me out or did I need to leave. I saw other customers leave because they couldn’t get any help. The lady who checked me out acted like she was mad because I asked her to do her job. I never received an apology or a thank you for being a customer. I spent almost $200 and with this store even though I was treated this way. Very unprofessional. Also most of their shorts are priced at $22.99 in store but online they are $17.99. ?

The store say open at 10 & the lady pulls up at 10:15 just getting here. It’s currently 10:22 now and still doors are locked!

This location won't give you refunds with unworn, tags still on, receipt in hand within the return time frame. I stopped by on Friday 02/10/2023 and their system was down, okay not a problem. I came back on 02/12/2023 and was given a refund amount of $47 for a $81 purchase. Granted my gf kept two items. One was $7.99 the other $12.99, but things just didn't add up. The exceedingly rude/belligerent assistant manager would not do any math whatsoever. She would not give me prices for each item and just kept saying they "Could have" dropped in price. I was let behind the computer to check them for myself and all prices matched up with the receipt. Unfortunately, there was also charges for items and I could even see her ringing up items LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. I WATCHED THE TOTAL RETURN PRICE GO DOWN and she still insisted that that's the way they do things. Long story short I've spent over an hour in store waiting for a return, not shopping just trying to get money back. Assistant manager was rude and continued to yell behind my back as I was leaving the store.

The workers this store chose to hire are surely a piece of work. While in line listening to the cashier ramble on and on about a whole bunch of nothing... I managed to make it to a cashier who thought it was really cute to keep declining my card and while 6 other workers stood around and watched someone else and giggled like children until my husband came in to see what was going on after I'm nearly about to "you already know" magically my card goes through after they see his 6'6 ft. self.

I'm giving the Tyler location 1 star due to them never being open at the times posted on the door! The employee's are rude always cussing in front of customers, their conversations are absolutely unprofessional. Don't get me wrong I love the actual brand but hate that the staff is so unprofessional an rude!!
