Will never make a purchase here again. My item was sent to the wrong store initially and when the day came to pick my item up no one could track it down. I paid upfront for the item so time and money wasted while having to wait for a refund on top of my vehicle still needing the part. No communication from the guy I spoke with, wouldn’t even respond to my emails. Horrible customer service and just an all around horrible experience

Well it would've been an okay experience if I would've had my stuff wrapped. When U have glass wrap the glass or something. What if it would've broke? That's all I'm saying. Other than that experience groovy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I drove an hr and half to come get a compressor that they told me they had and even paid for it up front, for them to tell me that they don’t have it after I get there. Would not recommend this place due to lack of communication and accountability

Not happy.
Purchased a low mileage transmission for my daughter’s truck…. Drove it three times.
Hard shift problem,weird downshift issue.
Been trying to resolve it without spending more money. They will not honor the warranty unless I pay to get the truck to a shop for inspection.
Fighting this for about two months.

These people are the worst I've ever dealt with i bought an engine and they offered extended warranty but all thats its a big way to legally rob people they do everything in their power to no honor the warranty, do not buy from RCS they will not help you at all.
I lost almost 3000 dollars to these company. Its not worth the hassle.

I totally understand them not guaranteeing salvage parts but it seems like when they do acquire these parts that they would at least make sure that the basics are still on them such as gaskets or things that make the part worthy to the buyer and when you bring it to their attention that it is a bad part and the very immediate thing they say is we don't guarantee anything that just goes to prove that they're not making any effort to see that they're selling good parts they're only effort is to make money and if I wasn't quick and smart enough to check apart before I left out of there I would have got screwed and be aware when you do order something it's not going to be any quick delivery I waited a week for it to come in just for it to be no good

I live in Gilmer which is a decent drive from this business so I called to see if a certain vehicle still had a certain part, when asking the person I was on the phone with was very rude, kept interrupting and would not let me finish my question.

I'm just trying to sell a car and know this is the place for foreign car parts. The guy who answers the phone must hate his job because he was rude and not helpful at all. Everyone usually doesn't call the right place but if they can't help you atleast refer you to someone else.This is not the place to call unless u like rude people. This is the second time this has happened and will promise not to make it a third. I'll make the drive out of town before I even think or refer anyone else to this place
