It was a couple of years ago, but still on my mind. My girlfriend and I had been commuting 1hr each way to meet with agents to find a house. Each one was nothing like what we had described. We met with a young lady named Sarah from Real Edge, and the 3rd showing on the first day was a match. She actually took the time to not just listen, but to understand what we were looking for. I have been living a work and pay life caused of a loan i borrowed from the bank, imagine how hard it was for me to pay up my bills, then i thought of investing in something that will give me more money to take care of my needs. I was happy to share my pain with my very good friend who introduced me to Mrs KRISTINA SCOTT, after 5 days of trade i was able to make good money from what i invested and I've paid my up loan and debts.

So thankful we listed with Doc Deason. We live in Kansas and had acquired a house in Texas we needed to liquidate. Doc was recommended and he exceeded our expectations. He sold the house quicker and for better price than we imagined. My husband and I will be retiring in the next few years and relocating to Texas. After reading some reviews we reached out to Doc Deason via email to let home know when we would be in town and what we were looking for as far as acreage size and land features. Doc spent about an hour with us later in the afternoon once we arrived into town. We sat down around the very large table that feels like you are sitting in his home around the dining room table. We casually discussed what we were looking for and he pulled a few properties for us to look over. We met the next day to tour the properties. We are looking at rural, remote properties that a realtor really needs and ATV to show. Mr. Deason didn't have that but did take us by 4x4 into the properties. Some were very tough to get in and out of but he was determined to show the property. We ended up using another realtor to purchase our property only because we found a property located outside of his area. But we will contact him if we decide to purchase residential investment or commercial property in Tyler. Genuine man, very personable and respectful. He has great suggestions on local eateries too!

Robby Mayne was our realtor from Real Edge. He was a huge help in our transition from Dallas to Tyler. He gave us good, honest feedback and helped us find the perfect home for our family. The house we ended up with was sent to us by him as soon as it hit the market - we looked at the next day and that was pretty much it.
