First they only do cash. Hmmmm. They are cheap but their service is what you pay for. Can’t do anything other than basic designs. The man is so rough looking and hands full of scraps I wanted him to wear gloves. But if you want over priced perfection. This is not not spot. It’s cheap cash service and small talk. Do not go... First person didn't know what they were doing. Lady took over did great except cut my toe.. said she could trim cuticles. I assumed because of the mistake.. charged $20 just for that. And its not sanitary.. they dip crams by hand and redip out same jar and put back on the shelf.

She did a really nice job getting the style and design I wanted. But some work was sloppy around edges and she was clearly tired.

I should’ve left when I walked in bc it smelled weird in there. This place has flies and dirty, stained pillows in their chairs. I didn’t want to sit down. They didn’t clean the seat or foot bath thing after the woman before me before telling me to use it. ? I didn’t even want to put my arms on the arm rests. I went to pay and they wanted me to go buy some candy in Walmart so I could get cash back. I guess they only take cash. Dude literally wiped the tool he had just used on my feet on his jeans then used it on his nails. ???? I went on Saturday (8/13), it’s Sunday (8/14) now and my gel pedicure is already chipping. I won’t go back.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I went in with my sister and mom and we came out disappointed. I have two cuts on the same hand that bled. It hurt so bad my hands were shaking. My sisters was the same way. I asked for a simple design and if he couldn’t of done it then I don’t know why he did it anyways. Their kid was very loud and I don’t think it’s appropriate to have a poor behaved kid in the salon. Not to mention that she would distract him or he would be on his phone watching videos loudly. He kept changing the price and while the man was okay the lady was very rude. They also weren’t very attentive to their clients. They left film or whatever it’s called on my moms hands and didn’t even clean the areas they forgot on mine. My sister and I neither got the designs we asked for and the man was very agressive. They’re board says $20 pedicures and it was 30. I will not be going back, they were very unsanitary. Never once did I see him clean off any of the tools after the nice lady before me. He also hurt me 4 times by hitting the buffer on my nails pushing them back. Overall, I’ve been to a bad nail salon but never one this bad. I will be going back and getting my money back and then getting my nails re done by someone who knows what theyre doing. I also don’t appreciate the fact they say we need to buy something in order to pay. There were also flies everywhere and the little girl was running around bare foot. Don’t go here and waste any time or money. It took two hours just for them to do someone’s feet and then they were very slow. Don’t go here.

I visited regal nails at walmart on troop hwy may 17, 2022 while in state visting my mom..Very rude man that was VERY rough doing my nails NEVER apologize for almost cutting my skin while fileing my nails. Also over charged me when I ask for American clear basic nails. Even showed him a picture. When I was done he said $40 dollars. I said $40 for basic nails. He said I do solar I said I didn't ask for solar. HE reply I don't do cheap nails.. So he over charged me . And didn't do as I ask & I am a paying customer. VERY DISAPPOINTING & I will NEVER return there .. I live out of state but any other time I visit my mom now I Will be using someone else when here visiting. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY..

I went in for a pedicure and the lady there was really ruff on my toes she pulled skin and the to nails off so hard to the point to where my toe started bleeding the place is very nasty and unsanitary the reuse the same tools on people and the child was very disturbing the lady even hit her in front of us will never go back again
