I have been banking here for many years and am sad to see it go down. I mostly bank online but recently went into the Regions Tanglewood Tyler branch. I waited patiently while the two tellers waited on several customers, then when my turn I told the teller what I was there for. She was very curt and disrespectful, saying she did not know where the person I asked for was and complained she just got back from lunch. I asked what I should do and she angrily said I should just sit and wait. I may need to find another bank to avoid this treatment in the future

Been banking here for as long as I can remember. Always had great service and the people are always so nice and helpful! Especially Melissa, Katherine, Pat, and the guy that works there, can't remember his name to save my life but he's great. Everyone is so nice and greets you as soon as you walk in. It's not like a regular bank, these people treat you like family and I'm glad to bank here :)

Everyone in the bank is rude they talked down towards you and they don't try and helping out of state person with an out-of-state ID

We have been banking at the Tanglewood branch for over twenty years. We appreciate knowing the people at our bank branch and feel comfortable to come to them with a question or a problem. We highly recommend them.

Very ,very helpful. I went in on my lunch break was greeted and helped immediately by a gentleman. He took care of my business in a timely manner and I was on my way. It was one of the best banking experiences I've had in a long time. I recommend the Regions Tanglewood branch for any of your banking needs. I been using Regions for 4 yrs now and I love them the only problem I have with them is they moved out of Whitehouse Texas now I got to go into Tyler other then that I love them

Very bad experience. I read their reviews and it exactly what happens to me. The women are so rude and condescending. And the manager is really nice. Why are these women allowed to act this way. They need a class or terminated
