Sue Anne at Regions on So Broadway was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. She patiently explained the products they offer that would help me to manages my $$ more effectively. Regions followed up with me and made me feel my opinions are valued as a customer. I highly recommend this branch and Regions as a whole.

The branch manager at this location was the only person available during the time I came in. She was not friendly and acknowledged only customers she wanted to acknowledge in the lobby.When she did acknowledge me it was rushed and rude. The tellers were kind and helpful, and were able to assist.If you are looking for an exceptional bank, this isn't one.

Worst bank if you wish to get in and out. Drive thru is suppose to save time but several times I’ve spent more then 20 minutes with little to no other cars. Unfortunately the business I work for banks here and I have no choice but to come in early on days I know we will need change. I will say on a positive note the people at the window are pleasant.

Horrible customer service, honestly the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The app and atm are always broken. Debbie is an ugly, mean, disgusting, ignorant waste of oxygen and I regret ever having the displeasure of dealing with such a worthless life form (can't even call her a person because she doesn't deserve it).

Had an account with them for 3 months and had a problem with their systems. Charged me a fee for a pending auth. not even a real charge. Called the bank and talked to them about it was told it would be refunded the next day when the auth. fell off. Called in and talked to the same person and was told they never said that and that they would look into reversing the fee. Was upset about being lied to and wrote a complaint to the BBB when Regions received the complaint they wrote me a letter and said they were closing my checking and savings account.Called number on letter and was told that i was to no longer have any other contact with the bank and that i was not allowed back into their bank.Was not given a chance to stop direct deposits and was not allowed to make good on checks that were written against my account. They just closed my account and said they were mailing me a check for my current balance in the account.Then because of them closing my account without me being able to make good on my checks they are now trying to charge me fees for the checks i had written before they closed it.Complaint is still pending with the BBB and have contacted the Alabama banking commission.
