Zac and his crew did a fantastic job on my older Jeep Wrangler. Zac was patient and made sure I understood which repairs were more pressing while effortly fixing 2 pain in the butt wiring issues that drove me crazy! Will be coming back for Phase 2 repairs very soon!

I was coming from New Orleans and got off in Tyler with car trouble. I stopped at one shop and was told they didn't have time to check my car. But was given the # to Robertson Automtive. When I called I spoke to Zack. He told me to come on to the shop and he would check my car. I can't say enough good things about Zack or the shop. Told me and spoke to my husband on the phone everything that was wrong and how much. A short time later my car was fixed and I was on my last 2 hours of my trip. I still can't say enough good things about my experience here. I was even able to bring my dog in while I waited. ZACK asked me several times if I needed anything to eat or drink. Who does this much for anyone anymore. Please if anyone needs auto repair go see Zack at Robertson Automotive. He even called me the next morning to make sure everything went OK. THANK YOU ZACK YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!

My experience with this shop was 10/5 stars. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and very deliberate to differentiate whether they were relaying facts about my vehicle or their professional industry opinion. I am not a dummy when it comes to cars (have done oil changes, ignition coils, changed tires, radiator fans etc), but I am NOT an expert on anything remotely automotively complicated, nor do I pretend to be. The staff were not condescending at all and spoke to me with respect and courtesy. Their diagnostic of my car was thorough and included photos. They did a comprehensive price analysis before completing any work that was not already agreed upon. I was able to call and get next day appointments for the services I needed. I work full time from home usually, and Zach even went the extra mile to have a table and the wifi password ready for me so I could be on my laptop while they were working on my car. He and Sergio were fantastic. Definitely consider this place if you need routine maintenance or something more specialized for your vehicle. Both my husband and I have had a wonderful experience.

I would recommend these guy’s hands down!!! They were able to get me in and repaired before the Labor Day weekend. My 7 hr drive home was so “cold” it was fabulous!! Thanks again for taking such good care of me!! My 2 dog’s really appreciated it!!

Came in a while ago for an alignment on my truck after doing the entire front end. First, the alignment was “ok” at best, the wheel was still about 5-10 degrees to the left. I don’t think they even used a laser alignment machine or might not have one. Second, they broke my driver side door lock, I noticed it immediately when I got the truck back. It’s an old truck with 2 keys, one to open the door and one to start it, which I explained but I guess it didn’t come across so I didn’t think much of it and was going to give grace and forget about it. Fast forward a while and now I can’t even open my driverside door, it’s stuck in the locked position and the window jams when I roll it down. So now I have a half aligned truck, a broken door lock and a broken manual window…

Please give Robertson Automotive a call for any repairs!!! They are very knowledgeable, kind, reasonable pricing, and most importantly FAIR!
My daughter has a 2018 Ford Escape that I thought needed thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. Nope! Robertson Automotive gave me a written estimate for EVERYTHING! The first thing we fixed was her AC, because we live in Texas. Lol they called me every step of the way and didn't fix frivolous things that didn't affect the workings of the AC. Beat mews that it was more than half of the cost of what I initially expected! Plus, now I know what else needs to be fixed to make sure my college-age daughter is in a safe vehicle.
They have earned a life-long customer here!

Amazing service!! We were stranded in Texas and tried everywhere to get our truck serviced. This was our 5th stop and we were so lucky. The truck’s DEF sensor in the reservoir went out and was reducing max speed to almost nothing. They found the part and had us on our way in less than 4 hours! Many thanks for getting our family back on the road!
