The pharmacist is extremely rude! He yells and cusses at his customers, doesn't appreciate his customers, is easily offended when asked a question regarding their prescription and because they would like an explanation of not filing a full prescription, and becomes easily offended. The best thing about this pharmacy is their delivery driver, who is extremely friendly and nice.S.Britt

Sick and tired of dealing with this pharmacy. Every prescription, every refill is an issue. Took me over 3 months to get them to fill a birth control prescription. They repeatedly insisted the doctor didn't send it in. The doctor himself and the nurse repeatedly assured me they sent it in numerous times. This became so ridiculous I gave up and decided to go without it. then the pharmacy calls and says my prescription has been waiting for 2 months and they want to know if I still want it....OF COURSE, I WANT IT! Then about a month later I get another call stating the exact same prescription has been waiting for me for the past month and they want to know if I still want it. They filled the same prescription 2x within a month (this prescription is filled for 3 months at a time, meaning I now have 6 months' worth of prescription medication. I contacted my insurance company and they violated their contract with them. The pharmacy wants to play stupid and act like I didn't pick it up. The 50 phone calls requesting to know if my prescription was ready and the 10x I came into the store were worthless because no one is capable of actually looking to see if it was ready. Then on a new prescription I request the side effects pamphlet before they even give me the prescription, and they say it's attached. BUT IT WASN'T. Apparently, the employee is so great at her job that she doesn't even know what the side effects pamphlet is for prescription medications, couldn't bother to read the single paper she did attach, and has absolutely no clue what the side effects pamphlet even is. Is this the same person answering the phone and is too lazy to check to see if the prescription is ready? The same person that lies about sending in the refill request to doctors? Then she tells me to scan a QR code on the receipt. First, my phone doesn't do QR codes. I don't care if it's not cool. I am not a kid. I am an older person who simply asked to be given the safety information for the medication. WHICH THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE. Second, when I get someone else to scan the QR code, the VIDEO literally tells me to "READ THE PAMPHLET FOR SIDE EFFECTS." I can only imagine how awful this process must be for our senior citizens if I am struggling with it. They have no problem printing out multiple papers about junk I don't want and don't need. But they refuse to provide safety information when specifically requested. I am over it. I don't care if we don't have a lot of pharmacies in Tyler. Anything is better than this junk.

There is only a few select of words for this pharmacy and the staff they are the best pharmacy is Tyler by far they always have medicines available more than Walmart work more than CVS more than Walgreens. I give these people Rose ? Pharmacy A+ but I give them the valedictorian of the year and his ideas the best Pharmacy and the staff take care take you to take care care of the issues that you have the answer any questions that you have and actually they text you whatever the medicine that you get there tell you you need to delete that your doctor fax it over or what have you or or after that if it is filled they said the email or text saying that it’s ready and it don’t take all day to fill her medicine up like Walgreens or CVS or Walmart yo, so yeah a Halle Halle Halle Halle highly recommend Rose ? Pharmacy without without for the day. And thank you Rose ? Pharmacy for being patient with me because you know they’re beginning to grow like family with me because I have cancer, so it makes everything they make everything run smoothly and that’s what I like is Walgreens or Broadway Walmart CVS they run around like a chicken with my head cut off like they just don’t know what’s going on sometime anyway, everybody have a blessed day and peace be with you treat yourself self-respect and know your self-worth. UPDATE: I mistakenly left a 1 star review! I’m not quite sure how this happened, but Rose City deserves the full 5 stars. They’ve been wonderful the entire time I’ve been a customer of theirs, and I would greatly recommend them to anybody

Owner is very arrogant. Their ability to communicate between dr and vet offices is awful. They are the only ones that deliver out of Tyler so I'm stuck with dealing with them.
