As an Italian, I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! It's amazing. You can find any kind of original and cheap goods. Last but not least, the kindness of the staff: they even helped me find my right US size (I was very confused).

Ross has a great selection of name brand items however the lines are as long as the store. Sadly this makes me question whether to shop there ☹️

I always love going into Ross, my only concern is that they're never have enough cashiers and the ones they do have, just walking around or talking while customers be waiting in line...especially doing the holidays....

Big mistake going there the Friday before Christmas. It was ransacked and picked over. Line to check out was over an hour.
It is normally a great place to get household items and gifts.

Good selection prices not bad. My wife found a purse she wanted at reasonable price. However the line for check out was absolutely ridiculous. Was over an hour and a half wait minimum.
Chose not to purchase. She said never again will we go back there.
