Currently at Ross on Cumberland and management states they closed the dressing rooms in the back cause they don't have enough people to work that area and have only TWO dressing rooms in the front for the whole store!!!! Terrible terrible terrible....save yourself some time and wear leggings so that you can try on without having to use the rooms.

I wish all Ross stores were this way. First off I'm from California, got stranded in texas and happened to be by Tyler and needed clothes. The place was clean, quiet, and cool. The ladies were both beyond nice, they let me use the restroom, and when I finally reached the counter the lady with the blue hair apologized for the lady in front taking a little longer then usual do to a return that was not processing on the computer. She thanked me for being patient. One of the best customer services I ever experienced.

Hands down the BEST Ross I’ve ever been to. The facility is clean, clothes are actually organized by size. Plus they have a ton of designer clothes & accessories. When I’m in Tyler I always stop here!
