Performed a windshield replacement But could not recalibrate windshield as agreed to. The stated issue was poor internet service. I drove 45 miles to their shop a week later to have recalibrated. We arrived for our scheduled appointment, and the Receptionist had canceled our appointment. We waited two hours for Safelite, and they still couldn't recalibrate. We had to drive 45 miles to where we purchased the vehicle. Tech did call our dealership to schedule our appointment. 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESD Sport

Great place for a quick fix. Had a rock hit my windshield on way to Tyler TX and went there and they took me in quickly and fixed and I walked out. Filed on my insurance easy peasy....thank you!!!

You can not speak to an actual person. Every damn option the automated system gives you just ends with go to www... bullcrap. How hard is it to have a person actually speak to a customer.

I scheduled an appointment with this location through my Insurance and a Safelite representative. I dropped my car off early as I had to be at work that day, and I called back when they opened and was told my vehicle was checked in. No one had called me all day so when I went back they were closed, my vehicle had not been moved, and my windshield was still cracked. I called their customer “service” number that evening and the representative was less than polite. She told me at one point while politely expressing my frustration “sir, there’s nothing I can do about that now would you like me to reschedule you.”I was told I would have a manager call me back the next day but no One ever did. I finally sent them an email, expressing my frustration with this company and the manager called me back the next day. She seemed to have a lot of excuses and it honestly felt like I was being blamed for them not doing the work or it was poor communication on my part. The manager told me they normally call to find out why an appointment was missed, and I told her if they did call it was from a number that I didn’t recognize, but they did not leave a message and her reply was “well, I can’t speak to that.” Well, I can speak to it because it’s my phone and I know if people leave messages. I am a very tolerant person but I abhor poor customer service. I ended up getting my Windshield repaired by a very professional local company. Never again with Safelite.

A rock hit my windshield, so I called Safelite. They made things so easy. I scheduled an appointment and gave them my insurance policy number. They handled all of the insurance, and it was $0 out-of-pocket for me.I happen to get off of work early so I went by to see if they might could squeeze me in a little early. They had one form for me to sign and they got my car done in about 30 minutes.. There was no paperwork once my car was done. I left as a very happy customer.All of the office staff and the technicians were so friendly. The manager was amazing, she treated all of the staff with such respect. She even dealt with a difficult customer very professionally, and he left happy.I highly recommend Safelite auto glass!

I had to have my windshield replaced not only was the online quote easy but they were able to save me money by not going through my insurance but by paying cash. They also gave me a discount for getting it done in a timely manner. I got to my appointment and they were ready for me they replaced in no time and I was back on the road.

Had a appointment at 2 pm and when I got there they said that they didn't have a windshield for my truck, they could have called and told me that and you can't call them for a appointment it's all online,if I could have spoken to someone,we could have avoided wasting my time

So refreshing to be in a place with awesome customers service, Ms. Maria and Ms. Rhonda were so nice and friendly, Triston the technician was very knowledgeable,my experience with safelite was very nice and smooth. I so recommend it.

Oh wow, Brandon was my tech. Dude is top shelf, he knows what he is doing. He gave me the run down on everything I needed and what was going to happen. At first, I was leary about not letting my insurance pay but the process was easier and much more profitable for me than the insurance.all my questions were answered and he had it done less than the time quoted. I’ve been using Safelite for 15 years to repair or replace the windshields in my semi trucks. Today I made an appointment and was charged to have a rock chip repaired.. And 5 hours later I get a call and was told they no longer service semi trucks from this location due their technicians being so incompetent that to many have gotten hurt. Well I say train them better and make sure that they adhere to safety protocols, and not come to work hungover. Well they not only have lost my commercial business but my personal vehicles also. And I’ll make sure anyone I know goes to another company for their glass repair needs.

Office people were so kind and friendly. They took their time with each customer that came in and truly tried to help with each issue. I think Joseph was the tech that replaced my back window and he did an amazing job, kept me informed until the job was finished (only took about an hour to hour and a half).
