It is considered the best Sally Beauty in Tyler for this reliable service. However, there have been isolated reports of a bad experience with a manager at one location, described as very rude. Overall, it is the store to go to for questions and product help.
Went in with my Son yesterday and Cassandra helped us out immediately! Her knowledge of products was great. Even took my items to the front for us while we shopped for other things. Will be back!

Every employee I've interacted with has been very helpful and knowledgeable, I have had bad experiences with manager Gilda Gardner at the Highway 64 store, very rude person especially to customers!! Shop here instead, much better service and experience!
