Scan & Go is the best and once connected to wifi it works flawlessly. I use it everytime I go and skip the sometimes long lines.
Online shopping is great. And the pickup times are always quite quick.

I just went into Sam’s club Tyler. 04/
My wife had placed a pick up order and I was grabbing it for us.
As I arrived, EVERY SINGLE online pick up spot was full. 2 of 15 were waiting, the rest had nobody occupying the vehicle.
I went inside to let them know, and the lady I spoke to was funny. I said “Hey did you know your pick up spots are full of empty vehicles?”
She laughed as she walked away to grab her manager…
Once her manager arrived I told her the same thing..
I then asked, “so if I come shop here I can park up front in the pick up area?” She proceeded to say “yes” and “we can’t control where people park nor will we” AS SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY!
Sams has always been a joke in Tyler… support something me else here.. Sams doesn’t deserve our business.

There was only one person working at member services, and she was stuck with a customer she could not satisfy. I was second in line twice on this visit, and still had a 5 to 10 minute wait each time. At one point there was about a dozen people behind.
