Technician was supposed to arrive anytime between 7am and 6pm. Technician did not show . I scheduled a second appointment and the technician did not show again. When I inquired again, the company accused me of canceling and did not take responsibility for the now show appointments. I lost two days of work waiting for the technician. Ended up going with another company.

Joshua was my technician who conducted my preventive maintenance service on my Kenmore Washer and Dryer today. I have been a loyal customer of Sears Appliance sales and repairs for many years. Joshua was super and the best ever Sears technician during my many years as a customer of Sears maintenance and repair! He was a pleasure for sure!! Joshua called me to let me know his ETA for arriving to my home in Tyler. This notification per phone was extremely helpful since I am a caregiver for my elderly mother in her home located several miles from my home. Joshua arrived on time. He was very courteous and respectful. Joshua conducted a very detailed inspection and testing of my washer and dryer. He checked the washer water hoses to make sure they were working properly and secure. .Very important to me for sure! Furthermore, Joshua cleaned out my dryer vent and secured it to the wall outlet with some extra screws. Wow! I was impressed and thankful for his genuine concern about maintaining the dryer vent safety, too! Also, the additional action to stabilize my dryer vent was impressive. This rating is purely on Sears service center. The technician was great. Sears has their phone set up so that you cannot speak to a person to get any questions regarding the service answered. When they call, it is a computer telling you to call a number. When you call the number, it is all animated and no human is possible to speak with. Sears get 1 star or none in my opinion. The tech 5 stars.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
