I told the cashier multiple times during checkout that I did not want to sign up for Kohl’s rewards and she used my Sephora account information to do it anyway. I was able to cancel the Kohl’s account later but if a customer repeatedly says no to something, it’s highly unethical to continue.

Customer service here was wonderful second I walked i was greeted and helped by Priscilla! She was so happy to help me find all the gifts for my daughter and even helped me get something for myself too! Highly recommend you to go and ask for her she was amazing!! Will be back

Don’t go here unless you want the rude judgmental Caucasian manager. If you don’t dress above casual, then she won’t speak more than a few words. Unwelcoming atmosphere especially this location. I’ve had better experiences at Ulta and they’re young adults working. These Sephora workers should have much more experience to treat no one like that.

Purchased two perfumes today went to my car and opened them up to both being 1/5-1/4 empty. I came back in to show an employee and to ask if that was unusual and she opened another that was to the top then told me yes… sent me away. I guess check your product before you purchase here they’re not very helpful.

Had been given a 20% off coupon and they refused to honor it. Said exceptions were on discount receipt but never mentioned Hagar slacks.
Trick you into the store then... Gotcha.

The store was very clean and well organized. The dressing rooms were nice with 3 big mirrors so you can see from all angles. The dressing room attendant was very nice. This store is a bit pricey so I don't go often. However, i did appreciate that they are actually improving on their pluse size clothing. Actually, I found a nice pair of shorts and a really nice summer dress. My total for 2 items was 90 bucks, and this was even with a coupon ? so if you have the $ to shop here, they do have some really nice stuff.
