Was at store today happened to look at some Sherwin pants in my size that were extreme discolored as in yellow acting person in charge named Ben said they couldn’t discount anything. Full price for some yellow Sherwin pants I mean it’s cool but is it really? You would think it would be possible I didn’t ask them to be free just slightly discounted?

My experience today was very frustrating and could have been completely avoided if communication had occurred. I called much earlier in the day and ordered 6 gallons of paint with a specified color. The salesperson knew I did not have an account but said we will get it ready for me. I showed up to pay and gather the paint only to find out they had not mixed it for me so I would need to wait. They have mixed before and the person did not pick up, I didn’t have an account so they didn’t want to risk me not coming..okay so I said I could have paid over the phone and was then told they couldn’t do that either. So I waited and of course shopped and spent more money. I paid and the guy went behind the counter to get my paint emerging with a 5 gallon paint bucket! I said I didn’t order a 5 gallon bucket. The gentleman then informed me that I have to specify if I don’t want a 5 gallon bucket. I guess there is a lot of things that I needed to be told and specified. I don’t know how a woman is supposed to pour a 5 gallon bucket! Needless to say that is the first and last time I will shop at this store.

It's a sad day when a paint store refuses service to someone. I accidentally called the wrong location and when I arrived to this location, the store I've been shopping at for years, the counter guy said he CANNOT make my 3 samples because another location had already made them...??? This still doesn't make sense to me. So I said, you mean you're telling me that I am a paying customer in your store, right now, and because I made a mistake, you are refusing to make my 3 samples because another location across town has already made them? LOL, it's ridiculous! I told the counter guy that I was not driving across town on a Friday at 4:30 with my 4yo. And he said he didn't care and that there was no way he was making my order. So I left. And that's that. SW has allowed their counter employee to ruin a 20 year relationship with a paying customer and that's sad. But I have already taken my business elsewhere and the new store was very nice and accommodating. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. And I sure hope that the unhappy counter employee finds some joy in his life since he clearly, desperately needs some. God bless yall.

Very poor severe. Brian the manager is very rude and disrespectful. I would go anywhere else...
