Highly recommend ! Best donut spot on 5th street their donuts are sweet and fluffy always fresh. The spot is clean And the customer service is on point!

I love Shipley donuts. I drove 15 minutes out of my way this morning to get one. Spent 15 minutes at counter never got acknowledged. Customers going through drive though but no one would wait on me. The person behind counter was dealing with a problem and never even asked if I needed anything or asked the person in the back to help me. So after waiting for more than 15 minutes I left without getting and donuts. Will never be back. Worst customer service. Horrible

I would like to start off with customer service is a huge thing for many people.His sucked,whenever I go anywhere where I'm paying MY MONEY and I ask for a receipt,I should be getting it with no question!I simply asked for a receipt and his response was "what do you need a receipt for"?With an attitude of course,im putting money into your business.You mean to tell me I can't ask for a receiptHe's been rude the last two times I've been,that was the last straw!Will never be back

Service was wonderful, he was happy and up beat and happy to serve. It’s no Starbucks coffee but still good for the price. kolaches fresh and warm coming right out of the hot box. Google has it in the wrong spot, it’s in the same building complex instead to the left when you enter not right.
