I brought my two teenage sons here for school shoes. I was prepared to spend a good amount of money for multiple pairs of shoes for each child. I left without buying anything. I walked up to the counter when there was a fairly short line. There were several associates and no one acknowledged me. So I waited patiently. I was only acknowledged after my teenage son said, “Mom, is anyone going to help us?” An associate took our selected shoes to find their pairs (they only have one shoe in each box) and took almost 45 minutes to return. When she did return she brought the shoes to the counter. By then, there was a line all the way to the back of the store. I continued to be skipped over for people who hadn’t received their matching shoes. So after being in the store for almost 2 hours, I walked out and went elsewhere. They should really reconsider the way they do business. There is no reason to have multiple associates at the counter with only one person checking people out. All other associates should be walking the floor helping people get their matching pairs so that once people are in line and ready to check out, they can do so quickly and efficiently. I can’t imagine how much business they’ve lost over this.

We live near Houston and came to visit our daughter who goes to school in Tyler. As a Dallas Cowboys fan, it’s hard to find good apparel in the Houston area.
Found these jackets on sale at Shoe Palace, but didn’t see the sizes I needed on the rack. Was greeted by Christian, who stated he might have some in the back. After some digging, Christian came back with not only the size I needed, but even an additional color. We chatted about Tyler TX, football, and other things. An extremely friendly, polite, and helpful young man. An incredible asset to your business! I ended up buying all 3 colors! Thank you Christian.

You shouldn’t take an hour to look for some shoes and then don’t come back and tell me nothing don’t even acknowledge me or like I even ask you for some shoes at least you could’ve told me you didn’t have them. I could’ve saving my time and sitting down for a whole hour, and you’re staring at me without telling me damn thing worst service I ever had in my life at a shoe store. Pretty sure it’s not the store. It was just the workers that worked there at the momenthave no experience at all

It's suck that you have to pay an extra $100 and get in good with the young Hispanic manager; when they do these so call Ralf tickets. I call all the time when the new Jordan shoes drop . And I always get the run around and I over heard the manager tell someone they got them If he slides an extra $$$. . Really suck cause I like this store but hate this system they set up under the table stuff !!! That young manager think he ain't gonna get caught up especially when he gots some sailing shoes for him on the side

This is my first time coming in and the girl wearing glasses with wavy hair was so rude she came running to us saying we needed a mask to come in. We asked if she had any to provide and said no only for sale. We left but then saw they had given other people who walked in masks. Never coming back. Bad attitudes all around!!

By far the best shoe store in the Tyler Mall. Great customer service, huge selection of shoes. Good looking for the newest Jordan Retro be there at 9 on Saturday or it's going to sell out.
