Great experience from start to finish. Recently relocated and was in need of a mattress, and Sleep City was the fourth business we visited. Shane was our original representative and I was happy he gave us space to look without being pushy! He is kind, knowledgeable and funny.....helping us narrow down our selection. We came back the following day and purchased our mattress with David. Great team!! They offer military discount for those who serve(d), and had our mattress delivered the next day. Last night was the *first night* in over a month and a half that we BOTH had great sleep!! Thanks SleepCity!!

I cannot express how wonderful the service here truly is. First the staff was exceptional and very patient with me and my two very rowdy boys. My sales agent, Michael, was not pushy nor trying to upsell me on a mattress I didn't need. He is one of those that actually cares about the individual and looks for that person's needs and shows multiple options that would fit and he keeps budgets in mind. Secondly his co-worker helped with the kids so I could look with peace at mind talking to them and counting with my youngest lol. I have never experienced such great customer service in my life. They were able to get me in a mattress that would help with my back problems and even showed me the most comfortable pillow I have ever felt and I got it all at an unbelievable price. Please if you live anywhere near the Tyler, Tx location give them a try, you will not be disappointed. They go above and beyond for the individual needs and don't treat you like you are just a number but a person.

Shopping for mattresses this weekend, we discovered Sleep City Mattress Super Store in Tyler. We were welcomed by David Whitworth who was very knowledgeable regarding their vast selection of mattresses. We were sold by the many perks of doing business with them. In the market for a new mattress, we highly recommend David!

Do not buy a bed from Skeep City because you will get screwed by them. I bought a King Size Purple Bed from them and it was not the size of a King Bed. They filed a warranty claim with Purple Bed and another bed was sent to us. Same problem happened. We have reached out to Sleep City multiple times and nobody responds to us. It appears that the only way this is going to get resolved is by taking legal action against them.

We love doing business with Sleep City! Two years ago we come and purchased adjustable beds for us and my mother in law. We love them so much we came back last month and bought another one for my mother. Everyone loves their Sleep City adjustable beds! Shane was great at helping us choose the right bed for my mother, and the delivery guys arrived on time and had the bed set up within a few minutes.

We shopped with David during our decision-making process in June. Our home was under construction and we couldn’t be sure of a delivery date at that time. David was knowledgeable and had us experience all of the many types of mattresses. He spent quite sometime with us, so we were confident in our decision. We returned at the end of August to pay for our order and make arrangements for delivery. We were helped by Michael and Shane who were great to work with. David, Michael and Shane were all very helpful in making this important purchase.
We got our new mattress on 9/24. The delivery and take-away went really well. You guys are the best!
