I was greeted and helped right away, they were very busy but I was in no hurry so once Zackary got me set up to try a bed I was able to try it without any pressure from sales. Store was nice and Zackary pretty much greeted everyone that walked in. I did buy a bed and base. I’m happy with the process. Thank you again Zackary!

Venus was helpful as a salesperson, but Sleep Number customer service is GARBAGE! Glorified blow up mattress! Too many moving parts and too many things to go WRONG.My side of the bed leaked from day one. I woke up on a board for several days before I realized the problem. (I was learning normal operation for the bed) Customer service doesn’t communicate at all! After I went through the troubleshooting list with customer service and they sent out a technician(which took another week still sleeping on a deflated air mattress) to “fix it” he came with NO PARTS and thought he was there to go through the same troubleshooting process I had already done over the phone! When I asked why in the world they’d send someone to my house with NO PARTS or intention to fix the problem I was simply told “we have a new girl taking phone calls and she dropped the ball.” I didn’t even call the Tyler store! I called the 800 number for service! So we know that was just an excuse and trying to throw another employee under the bus IMO. DON’T BUY AN ADJUSTABLE BASE! Unless you KNOW you’re going to keep the bed. You CANNOT RETURN the base WHEN you decide for yourself they’re overpriced and problematic. Also, after I watched all the videos to get store credit for items that they promote to you as a benefit, they TOOK my points when I returned the bed. I’d earned enough points to get some sheets or a pillow (expensive items) and they took them away when I returned the GLORIFIED BLOW UP MATTRESS. I earned those points with my time watching their promo videos and they took them away! The regular bed remotes suck. The app works good to control the base but if you don’t have the mattress they take your account away so you can’t use the app anymore EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE BASE THAT WE CAN’T RETURN. Only good thing that came from this experience is I can use my adjustable base on my new Plush and Lavish mattress I purchased from Sleep City. NEVER SLEEP NUMBER FOR THIS FAMILY!

The moment I walked in I was greeted by my salesperson, Venus. She is so genuine and kind. She’s super knowledgeable! She helped me find my personal sleep number and patiently showed me around the store, letting me try each bed and pillow until I found the perfect fit for me!
My delivery was equally phenomenal. Roy and Jerson kept me posted for my delivery time and they were spot-on. Professional on the phone and in person. Courteous and thoughtful. They answered all my questions, helped me adjust my bed to the right height, and Jerson took the time to patiently explain the app, set up, and features. I’m tech-challenged but he made sure I understood everything before he left.
Thank you Sleep Number! What a wonderful experience!
