After I had a very negative experience at the Smart start in Athens Texas the GM or area supervisor guy called me personally to fix the situation and is having me go there for calibration without having to pay the 80 something dollars to change service center and helping me avoid a lockout I am very grateful to this shop

The young lady in the window is always so nice and friendly with a sweet personality!! Poor thing is always dealing with power outages and surges, makes her job a little more difficult.
