I broke my phone and took it in for repair. They could have charged me a bunch of money to fix my phone for me but instead suggested I take the time and go to the Apple Store. I appreciate and respect the honesty

The best place in town. They taken are of all cellphone problems, MacBook, laptops, computers etc. The service is top notch SPECIFICALLY with the new owners, nothing like used to be before. I love how customers are treated just right and with respect. All work is done right.

I took my tablet to get my screen repaired a couple of months ago. I was happy the screen worked, it looked good, and everything was functioning. At least until my house internet left and I didn’t worry because I pay for internet service but nothing was working or connecting. I got fed up with not being able to connect I went to check if my sims card was messed up and it wasn’t even there. It was missing.
Also the month after getting it fixed someone was using my Apple card to buy stuff online. Trying to use almost 2000 dollars on some online software. Then 200 somewhere else. And then 7 dollars. My tablet was connected to my Apple wallet. This only happened AFTER I got my screen repaired.
I thought it was a coincidence until I saw my Sims card was MISSING!

I had the most horrible experience in this shop! Very poor service! I took my phone to this shop while it had a screen problem, they changed most parts of my phone, it went from charging to NOT CHARGING AT ALL!! After explaining to the front guys what the problem was, they kept insisting it’s not what you saying but, oh the screen ooh, the charging port ooh I don’t know what! The lady manager happened to be there at one time when I went in to check on my phone and she agreed to his fake technician that it’s my screen/ charging that has a problem! Fast forward, they kept my phone for 3 weeks with excuses of working on 1 thing after another! Little did I know they were changing my phone’s parts! The didn’t fix my phone and no refund was given!!! Very horrible place! Please be very careful with this place! I don’t think they have a technician at all and if they do, he MUST BE fake. I will never take any of my electronics to this place! ??

I was there a couple weeks ago and they were having a busy day. I was able to get what I wanted and needed with no problems. Cheaper then what any other store was charging for what I needed‼️ I highly recommend this place.
