Southside Bank staff was absolutely helpful to an extent. Because I was not making a deposit one of the tellers could not help me which caused me to wait in line longer than I should have. When I did get to the teller who was able to help me, he was very helpful and very cheerful. He had a wonderful energy around him and he made my banking experience a lot better. He was very customer oriented and generally seemed to love his job.
This bank is located smack dab in the middle of downtown making parking absolutely horrible, but since it's the only one close to my home I'm forced to go here from time to time or drive-thru horrendous City traffic trying to get to the other location that is about 10 miles from my home.

The Downtown Southside branch makes banking easy for both personal and business needs. The staff and management are extremely nice which makes going to this location a delight! Any questions or concerns I’ve had about my personal or business accounts have been addressed in a timely manor. I appreciate the team’s balance between professionalism and personalism.
