We recently visited the Southside Bergfeld branch to sign some personal loan paperwork, and as always, the experience was great. Kayla was incredibly nice and very helpful throughout the process—she made everything smooth and easy to understand. We've always done our banking at this branch, and it's because of people like Kayla that we continue to come back. Highly recommend!

Love the staff at the Roseland Blvd SSB
They know me by name and everyone always has a smile. Really the only place I love taking the business deposit but sometimes I am after 6 so I have to go to the Beckham drive thru and that sometimes is a disaster where I have had to take the whole deposit back. Go add it up myself and everything is good then take back to drive thru the next morning with my tape and it gets deposited. Some of the check scanners need updating maybe.
But Roseland is the best!!
