I’m not even a customer at this bank, but every time I’ve stopped by, Josue have gone out of his way to help me. He’s always positive, approachable, and genuinely eager to assist no matter how small the question may be. It’s rare to meet someone who treats everyone with the same level of respect and professionalism, and he does it effortlessly. His kindness and willingness to help make a lasting impression!! I can only imagine how valuable he must be to his actual clients !!

Southside is great!! I've banked there for almost 30 years. And, I always appreciate their customer service. Leon at the branch inside Brookshires on East 5th was very helpful!!

Josue at Southside Bank is very professional and always demonstrates the best customer service. He takes the time to explain bank policies as well as maintain a friendly attitude. He has helped me keep my account secure and made recommendations on how I can manage account from my mobile device. I cannot recommend Josue at this Southside enough!

so basically, i was minding my business when suddenly i have the urge of a sweet treat, so im going to an ice cream shop just to realize my account was on negative! i was hacked and so i went and drove to the nearest southside bank i could find, suddenly this kind “young” man helped me, i believe his name was Josue. basically he gave me a run down on what we could do and worked on refunding my money and shutting down my account to prevent fraud from continuing. i appreciate him and his new wrinkles i made him develop after stressing him out. if you ever need help ask for Josue!
