first time customer for southside bank and just opened up an account at this location with aileen and had the most amazing experience! she was very knowledgeable and exceeded every expectation!

Aileen was amazing in helping me establish an account and answering all of my questions without hesitation. It is difficult sometimes working with a bank in a different town from where you live, but Aileen made everything a smooth process. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I wish I had someone like her at my bank where I currently live.

This bank with whom I have been a customer for 20 yrs, is a complete joke. They are not even interested in your needs whatsoever. I keep at least 5 digits in the bank at all times and the only way to get a credit score is to apply for a loan. As a customer,I have been disappointed since 2020, when denied for a car loan. My score was then 773 but due to no recent activity, they said no. I then had to borrow money from myself to get a vehicle.(which was in their bank)I have been putting off changing banks but unfortunately, I have to do what is right. I'm assuming greedy policies are the culprit. No one cares, bottom line.

I would like to give a big 5 star review to Ethan Hallford. He always goes the extra mile when I need help with my account. If I need a temporary card he'll jump through hoops to make the inconvenient of having to get one, convenient. If he is capable he'll drop what he's doing to provide excellent customer service. He knows me by name and is always incredibly friendly.

Where do I even begin? Vicki Corley was just a blessing from the first phone call. We purchased 30 Acres/Home and Barns (that connects to 40 acres we already own) from a relative, no realtors ? and that led to questions upon questions that I am sure were well outside of the scope Vicki usually fields. But she was always knowledgeable, patient and expedient with answers. I truly cannot recommend Southside enough. Vicki in particular is a gem and will help you through the journey with ease. With Vicki and Lori at the helm we are now the proud protectors of a total of 70 acres that has been in our family for 50 years.
