Very unprofessional and a bad experience. Warned one of the drivers about a branch that would hit the top of my truck that was being towed and he said “nah it’ll be alright”. Proceeds to drive towards the branch that but a scratch across the hood and top of the truck. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service, professional, solution oriented, and honestly super fun! The two young men who came to assist me when I was stuck in mud were very communicative and, once they arrived, were extremely professional. Despite the difficult circumstance my car was in, the were excellent at troubleshooting and coming up with a solution. In addition to that, both of them kept it very lighthearted and were very calm. They brought a sense of ease during a difficult situation, which I really appreciated. If I’m ever stuck again, I know who I’ll be calling!

Needed a tow and this unlicensed company was sent by AT&T roadside. The guy showed up in an unmarked black dodge pickup and a flat bed trailer. I was in a rush so I left the vehicle with the driver to be towed less than two miles away. Shortly after, I get a call from the garage stating that the “tow truck driver” did not want to unload the car for some reason. The driver NEVER called me with any concerns. Obviously, he had to unload it for repairs to be done. When I arrived at the car a few hours later there was extreme damage to my son’s brand new 2022 Kia Forte front bumper. I contacted the owner who at first seemed like he wanted to resolve the issue. I have since been ghosted. A complaint has been filed with TDLR for operating a towing company without a license and MANY other violations. Some of which are criminal in nature. Small claims is on the agenda for this week. Wish he would have made it right, but I guess that was too much to ask.Service: Car towing

My car blew a tire while I was driving by TJC. I didn’t have any family nearby and it was midnight. It was around 2am, Ive called about a dozen tow truck places and finally Found this place by accident on Google and let me tell you it was the best experience I’ve ever had. My jack wouldn’t lift the car enough but he came prepared. Very fast, very efficient and super friendly. 100/10 recommend.Service: Tire change
