Water pressure wasn't stable. It would decrease to pressurize it seemed every 30 to 60 seconds which wasted the time i paid for. $5 last me 3 minutes. Definitely not worth the price. Had to go elsewhere to finish washing my car after spending a total of $10

Would give 2 but attendant came out and reimbursed me for time lost because no foam in brushes. Car still had muck after high pressure soap and then rinse. I used 2 bays and 10 bucks total

Soft touch doesn't have a under car wash, jets halfway work.. don't do it. Carwash is really old, needs to be updated.

Went to use the credit card machine and it said cannot process card use cash but charged me $10 on my card . And I didn’t get a car wash. Love washing my vehicle at the car wash but won’t be going back here as there is no contact number to try to get a refund. It’s only $10 but I wash my truck way too much to be doing all that any more than one time. I’m going to the one on the loop near 5th street across from regions from here on. It’s better anyway.

Great place to clean your car. Good water pressure, brushes were decent and looked like they were recently replaced. A little elbow grease and damp shoes...but only three bucks and no dirty old drive through brushes on the new car. 👍🏼

please think about not using lawn blowers while cars are being washed and rinsed .dirt is seated back on freshly cleaned vehicles. and owner please don't be so combative to your patrons. signed just an old man.

Terrible...I lost 7 $. Once thru drive thru .. again... At the wand been bye 3x. To get a refund I call them.. again again..no response...no wonder there selling it...no one taking care of business...

Paid for “The Works” wash only to receive a rinse off in the Touch Free bay. No soap dispensed… just water. This place has really gone downhill.
