I use to work here, any of the positive reviews you see are fake, we were told to ask people to do reviews and then we’d give them a card that if you do 5 washes you get one free. To the people in the reviews saying “I am being charged monthly $24.99 and I only paid once” that’s because you didn’t read properly because there are 2 options on the screen, monthly plans and normal washes. But besides that, nothing works there and supplies and machines are old and do not get maintained properly. Your car will come out dirty and with a film on it , customers constantly complained about this and my manager told me to lie (which I did not) I told customers the truth and that the manager does not want to take responsibility. The inside of the building is very unsafe and the ceilings are FULL of dead rats, pee, and black mold, the manager kept denying this and just hired someone for cheap to vacuum up the feces but never did anything about the mold or urine. Also I worked with my husband, he fixed the vacuums after they were not working for months and he never got paid. The manager pays uncertified people to do jobs and the job never gets done. We quit without notice mainly because of the rat and mold problem but also because we were constantly told to lie and to say that we are the managers, I do not recommend this place at all, there are other free vacuum washes and they are professional. -ex employee

Upgraded equipment made it better. Hours are off. 1/2 the vacuums don't work. Washing water always black.
Sometimes they scrub really well before washing and sometimes they only wash 1 wheel ?

This place is horrible. I have been getting charged 24.99/month for over three years for a service I never signed up for. I used it one time and then started getting charged monthly. I have called every month and get told it would get cancled. well here is another month and I am still getting charged. I have been told for the last 6 months that the new owner would call me and get it all fixed. still waiting on call.

Needed a quick wash before taking a vehicle back to the dealership. Looked it up on Google as it was near dealership. Said it was open till 6 PM. Pulled into parking lot (Saturday) and saw an empty parking lot and traffic cones blocking the bay doors. Not sure what that was all about.

The vacuums barely work, the atmosphere is "dingy" and the car wash will still have ur car looking dirty once it goes thru. U really dont get soap or anything on ur car during the wash. They should really shut this place down.

Paid $18 for a wash yesterday. The wax residue left by this car wash was awful. I could not use my side mirrors because they were caked with wax residue. Unfortunately, I had to take it to a different car wash today to clean off all the wax residue that was left on our car.
