Looked at the app on Tuesday.Did not see Gingers name so I waited and looked again on Wednesday morning No Ginger so I called to see when she worked again and was told she no longer worked there.So at 12:15 I looked at who was available and I recognized Jessica’s face I thought and it said she would be available at 12:30 so I got in my truck to head up there and I looked again and it said available at 1pm so I cam back home and drove back up there at 12:50 Walked in and I told one of the other ladies I could not put Jessica’s name in and she said just click first available and she would tell Jessica I was her next 1:10 pm came and no Jessica 1:15 she walked out several time but kept going to the back Another person came in and signed up first available Next thing I notice it is saying Jessica would be available in 25 minutes and shortly after that Jessica came out and said Eric ( person that in after me ) you up. I am like the heck is going on . To add more bad news to 2 other ladies we’re just talking and jacking around while cutting hair not really paying attention to their clients. I have been going here since it opened . I left today with out a haircut after wasting about 2 hours of my day. I doubt I will ever go back

Top notch haircut and conversation. I was able to forget all the crazy things going on in the world, at least for a short while. She was fantastic and I should have tipped her even more than I did. She deserves recognition for her efforts and abilities, I which I had written her name down.

The stylish was a very nice and 'fun to be around' individual! After telling her that I wanted to go back to the 2 on the sides and blended into just a little longer on the top, she humorously asked me too many times 🤣 if I REALLY wanted to cut off all of this hair that had taken some time to grow! Once convinced that I was serious, she did an excellent job and I will be returning to that SportClips!

Let me start by praising Ginger, who has been my hairstylist at Sport Clips for years. She's consistently delivered fantastic haircuts and is always in demand, unlike some other stylists who often have no customers waiting. Ginger's expertise in the industry is undeniable, which brings me to my frustration with Sport Clips.
Recently, Ginger was offered a prestigious position at a local school district. Despite her dedicated 19 years at Sport Clips, corporate didn't lift a finger to retain her. They didn't offer any incentives or even acknowledge the immense value she brings to their business. It's mind-boggling to think they would let such an experienced and loyal employee just walk away.
I can't help but wonder about the financial loss Sport Clips will suffer when all of Ginger's loyal clients, me included, find another hair cutting establishment. You'd think the area manager would recognize Ginger's worth and advocate for her with corporate. Instead, they've chosen to display a shocking lack of loyalty to someone who has not only been a stellar employee but also a trainer and manager who helped build their team.
After August 4th, Sport Clips will no longer receive my patronage. This situation speaks volumes about their loyalty to their employees. There's still time for Sport Clips to reconsider and show they value their staff. They can certainly do better.
This is definitely a rave / rant. The five stars are for Ginger, not for Sport Clips corporate...

Every time I come here, I have a great experience. Staff are so professional and take time to find out exactly what I want. They even get to know you and what you like. Keeps me coming back time after time!

Absolutely awful experience today wasted my time ended up leaving after sitting & following the online app instructions. I have been going here for years & years. They have an app u sign in online with the chosen stylist & it tells u when to show up & prompts u minute by minute & says ur on deck, ur next up, ur stylist is ready.. They do this so so u can time ur hair cut with ur day & when the preferred stylist is working. Today I go in & they say we have to take the person labeled “first available” because they were here first even tho I was in the store at the proper time for the appointment. Then the regional manager launches into immediate obfuscation & semantics by saying it’s not an appointment it’s “approximate time” thus subverting the app & the choice of the stylist at a chosen time & the minute by minute prompting the app does to get u in the store at the proper time. And thus to there’s no reason for the app if they are going to invert the standing of walk in’s first if no one is there, then first available, & then lastly the folks that selected a stylist they are last in the pecking order. And their time gets reset it some one selects first available before them, then u get there are the appropriate time for your “non-appointment / appointment” & they take the person who doesn’t care who cuts their hair before u thus delaying ur haircut by 30mins to an hour. It’s an awful practice & they are likely doing it for nefarious reasons to stack the lobby by taking all the people who don’t care first & then the people that do care we’ll trash their day & make them wait. It’s the absolute most asinine nonsense I’ve ever seen of any business of the sort. Not to mention another stylist finished right after the selected stylist & they could’ve taken the client that didn’t care but instead they chose to delay the time for me because some moron in the company said do it backwards & we can help ourselves stay busy by preying on the customers that care when & who cuts their hair. If they are just going to take the first walk in’s in the door & throw people with actual “appointments” with chosen stylists at the back of the line then there’s zero reason to use the app or plan it in ur day or patronize this nonsensical establishment. Awful business practice, awful management, awful employment of customer service systems. Awful.

She always makes my hair look exactly how I want it, and is extremely detailed in her work! Highly recommend her if you're looking for one of the best haircuts in town!

Jennifer at the Tyler, Texas location is just the freaking best!!! I literally drive two hours every three weeks just for her!!! Awesome!
