Ive been making use of this facility over two years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them, my items are always safe, the facilities are very clean, Ive never had an issue of any bugs or anything in them. Janice signed me in and she was awesome then and to this day she has always been very helpful. Great service overall

Michelle is a consummate pro. She knows this business like most people know the back of their hands, but I think she actually knows it a little bit better than that! I am going to recommend this to everybody I know who needs storage. Great location! Great facilities that I can see so far and tremendous service. Michelle might need a raise.

I was talking with Laura and she was instrumental in turning what I thought to be a big confusing mess into a very pleasurable experience! She patiently worked with me to straighten out what I thought was a reservation for an additional unit but in actuallity had been accidentally cancelled by someone else. Laura went above and beyond by answering all my questions. And, step by step worked through all my questions concerning the rentals, promotions, insurance, veteran discount and payment scheduling. Not only that, but by confirming everything she did by sending me texts and emails.
Without a doubt, she is very knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with and certainly an asset to the FreeUpStorage family!

There was a glitch with our gate code. The attendant explained that their system was offline and that they were working on it. She then quickly got us a usable code and guided us back to park my travel trailer. She was very kind and helpful.

Laura was extremely helpful in helping me rent my unit. She stayed on the phone with me until I was done. She has a great personality and the much needed leadership skills needed in today's climate. I saw Liz working in the Texas heat maintaining the property. Both hard working women. She acknowledged me and kept working. Very nice woman as well. It's the people that did it for me.

We stored our camper there for over a year and never had any issues. Office staff is always very friendly and willing to help. We are selling our camper otherwise it would still be there.

I had a great experience at free up storage, thanks to CC! She were incredibly helpful in getting my storage unit set up and making sure my payment process was smooth and hassle-free. CC was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!
