This is a very clean, organized, and well managed storage facility. I always felt very safe going to my unit, even at night. John managed my check-in and move-out and was extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout the process.

Great experiences several times at Storage Max! I went for all my moving needs. The staff is helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions I had. Also, when my needs changed, John was able to help me without question. Great place, I'd use them for any storage needs I had!

Storage Max has the best customer service in all of Tyler. They truly serve their customers with a smile and always have a solution instead of just dwelling on the problem. They are prompt in paperwork and happy to accommodate my requests. I am happy to recommend them.

The one thing I'd like to mention about this storage facility is that the employee named John that works here is outstanding. He's super friendly and it doesn't impress me as fake one bit. He's a genuinely nice guy and went out of his way a few times to help make sure our time renting a unit here was the best it could be. Solid employee with a solid attitude!

This has been the best experience we’ve ever had with renting a storage unit. We were able to set the whole thing up on line and had our unit within 10 minutes.
We stopped in the office to finalize and were greeted by a very nice young man. He explained how the keypad worked and showed us a map of where our unit was located. The whole experience was exceptional!!!

We have been a customer for about 12 years. Always very accommodating and friendly. I can always count on Josh going the extra mile whenever we have needed it. Dealing with a storage from out of state is difficult but these guys help make it just a little easier!!

Do NOT buy boxes/packing materials here. Most storage places will let you return unused boxes or ANY unused packing materials, but they will NOT! Not only does that leave you short on boxes or with too many, their prices are substantially higher (double the cost per box) than Home Depot right down the road. I sent a friend down there to get some boxes for me, but the boxes ended up being too big for the intended use, so we were open to exchanges as well but that’s not allowed.

Quick set up! It was easy to reserve the storage room online. Josh made the process extremely easy and explained exactly where our unit was located. The unit is exactly what we needed.

I really appreciate Josh, he seen that I was having trouble checking in on the app for UHaul and came out to ask if I needed any help even though he was getting ready to close. I even rented a storage unit at a great price. I was having a stressful day but it's people like Josh who can make your day that much brighter !
