Well, first off the rooms you see listed are not the rooms they have. I had 2 rooms. One room had straws in between the sheets, used q-tips, and trash, bathroom light didn’t work, dents all over the fridge, dresser, walls, doors. Holes everywhere. Couldn’t get any help because the lobby was closed and when you rang the bell on the outside the manager came out of one of the rooms. Most of the rooms are lived in and that’s ok. My point being. The pictures listed with this location are a complete farse. I’m going to post some real pictures of their rooms. So much more, but I think this is enough!

Went to the room. Stains everywhere, hair on the bed sheet. The front desk man said that the company sold it, and doesn’t care about it anymore. That is definitely true. At least I got a full refund.

People that work at the front desk are very rude. I have cancer and stayed there for 1 week couple of nights I sick and needed new bed sheets. My husband carried the sheets to the office about 11 p.m. and was promptly told that laundry was closed and that they wanted us to vacate the premises the next day. All because we needed clean sheets. I would never step another foot in that place again. If I were you I'd stay somewhere else because the people that own the place are the rudest people on the planet they don't give a s*** about anyone

If I could give negative stars I would. We paid for a king bed with a kitchenette and we got A Queen bed, a bathroom door that is busted, a bathroom sink that is being held up with number cards, no kitchenette, a dirty room, a toilet with a tank lid that doesn’t even go to the toilet, the table has water damage, there’s writing on the walls and doors, loose outlets, the mirror in the room is barely hanging on the wall, shower is dirty, we got a handicap room and they refused to change our room even though we do not need a handicap accessible room, SURPRISE FEE’S, and very rude service. We tried to get a full refund and they refused. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had!

My girlfriend and I booked this trip about a week in advance. We had to drive 12 hours down from Nebraska for a funeral, with two of our dogs. When we booked through Expedia it said there were no additional or surprise fees, which was not true as neither of us saw the pet fee or incidental fee that we had to pay when we checked in. The room had not been cleaned before we arrived, other than the bed thankfully. There were cracks all over the walls, stains on lampshades and the couch. Only one of the two bedside lamps worked as one didn’t have a switch at all. One of the two bathroom lights had no switch at all either and was always on. The bathroom door had no latch, looked like someone kicked it in and then it never got repaired. The bathtub has rust stains all down the front of it. We’ve been trying to check out for over an hour right now, currently 8:13am. Supposed to be open at 7am. My girlfriend just got back and was yelled at by the front desk clerk for wanting a refund for the terrible room and poor service

Let’s start with check-in. $25 deposit on top of the pet fees. Not to big a deal, right? It’ll be a nice room like the pictures!WRONG. The room has cracks all over the walls, the walls are visibly filthy, the bathroom floor hasn’t seen a broom for heavens know how long, and the curtains are so dusty I can’t move them without sending up a cloud. Only clean thing in this room is the bed.I came down for my sister’s funeral, but if I have to come down here again, I’m not staying here. I’d rather go sleep in the dirt - at least it’s cleaner.

The first time I tried to stay didn't work out and I haven't been refunded for it but the second time did work out so I don't know make sure you have cash for a deposit minimum $50 a person

Very satisfied with our stay! Room was like a little apartment instead of a motel room. So neat and clean!! Highly recommend!!

There was blood splattered on the couch and the chair and the door was broken, like someone had kicked it in before. There is no way the people who work at this hotel didn't notice this. -- With the door closed and locked, you could push the bottom half of the door open with your foot, about 2 inches, very easily. Front desk clerk was unphased by the video I showed her and seemed to care less.
