My parents (both in their 70's) and I pulled into this Shell station for a restroom break and gas on July 26, 2021 in the afternoon. Of the two small restrooms, one was closed. The second restroom had No paper towels and NO toilet paper. What was infuriating to me as a caregiver for my two senior citizen parents, was that they were Selling toilet paper to buy. However, they provided none to restrooms. When I brought this to the managers attention that he should put the toilet paper they were selling in the restroom, he said he would "think about it." If you have anyone in your family who values toilet paper or even common human courtesy, I advise you to Not visit this Shell station. The golden rule means nothing here and they demonstrate no empathy for the elderly. I advise to Not patronize the Super Sak No 4 in Tyler. There are many other nice options.

Horrible! The person who stole my cell phone, credit card, and debit card used the debit card at this gas station convenience store. The owners did not ask for proof of identity, and allowed the thief to charge quite a bit of their junk onto my debit card. This gas station is just as guilty as the thief.
