I understand it's New Year's Eve and you don't want to be there, but you are being paid to at least pretend like you give a toot. I barely got eye contact and had ask for help... as the only customer with 2 employees. They just played on their phones and didn't offer to show me any products I was in the market for. I literally asked what a good Android option was and one employee said, "I don't really know." They asked the other employee who, without looking up from their phone, said, "Galaxy." The employee then walked away from me and left me just standing there.It was as if they were just two people who walked in to charge their phones, not flipping paid T-Mobile representatives.

I have to do a Rave about Xenia at T-Mobile on Troup hwy. She has some amazing customer service. She had issues with our new iPhone and instead of making us go home and deal with it, she came back the next evening on her day off, to meet us and get the phone fixed. It's a rare occasion when you find someone that actually likes their job enough to make the customer happy.

We went in to trade in our phones and had a horrible experience. First the guy we spoke to was not friendly and he was having technical difficulties (not his fault I know). He told us it would be $35 a month to change phones and there wasn’t any deals or anything that could be applied. He told us the new iPhones weren’t available and probably wouldn’t be elsewhere either. He didn’t want to help and because of the difficulties he said to come back in an hr or 2. We decided to go to a different store and I’m glad we did!We got both our phones free with trade in, new iphones were available and the service we got at the other store was unmatched and impeccable.I do not recommend this storeIt is a 3rd party store and wasn’t helpful at all, don’t go here go to 64

Im anew customer the 611 reps were awesome very helpful I wants to go by the store to process our phone trade like the rep suggested . Rep left notes in my file so the store associate can looked if needed so the associate “GeOff” at the store very unhelpful I explain him what I wanted he acted like he was too busy to help but I still stayed he looked sat the 1 at phone that I wanted to trade in he sent a picture to his manager and said he could take the phone that if I wanted more info to the corporate store ! So I ask him ok what about with out the trade in he said it will be $234 and so I ended up paying for it because my son needed the phone for this week . So I pay for it and the Titian was $174 which it better than $234 I asked why did he said it was more but he only knotted his head and he said he didn’t know . So after this awful experience I didn’t even bother to ask more help and after all was process he forgot he didn’t have the phones available that’s it going to get shipped to our homeVery very unprofessional he didn’t thanks yo for coming in

I tried to switch my service to Tmobile and was directed to the store by the customer service line. When arriving Jasmine could not get the phones to transfer and work. The large hispanic male, that works there, entered the conversation to ask what was going on. After I was made to pay for two new sim cards they determined my daughters phone could not be unlocked or work on Tmobile. I asked for a refund since it was not going to work and the male loudly said "too bad, non refundable, not my problem." He refused to refund something they made me buy then could not get it to work. I asked the large male how to handle and resolve the problem. He kept repeating himself "it's against the law for Verizon to do this". After the third time of him repeating himself, I told him I get it what the law is, how do we solve the problem? At this point I was loudly verbally assaulted by the male who raised his voice and told me to stop yelling. At no point in the conversation had my voice ever raised. He apparently felt threatened that I questioned him so he had to exert male dominance and raise his voice and try to 'back down the woman'. I have never been verbally assaulted by a business and will deter anyone I know from going to T-Mobile. They made our phones inoperable then would not help us. I found the Verizon store on the loop and Vanessa and her team there were amazing to help restore the damage both personally and to our phones that was done by this person at Tmobile. Do not take their cheaper offers just to save money, because what comes with the cheaper price is terrible customer service and male employees yelling and berating women.

Usually, I hate going into cellphone providers since they are some pushy salesmen, but I got lucky. I arrived early in the morning when no one was there and talked to Xenia. She walked me through everything on how the reimbursement would work, transfer requirements, and other deals that are going on. I usually mess up something if I do it alone, but she was very helpful and caring. If I ever have a problem with my account, I'm only sticking with her. :) Thanks again, Xenia!

I ordered my phone from a different store. UPS refused to deliver the package to me. After talking with the T mobile customer care rep, I was told I would have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund. Meanwhile, I could go spend more money and buy another phone if I needed it earlier. I went into this store and the manager took great care of me and even drove an hour out of her way to make sure I got a phone that day!

Some at this store are great, others not so great, same as any store. Works fine around town, but before buying, test it out at your own house. I live in chapel Hill and the internet on the phones is not anywhere as reliable as Verizon was. Maybe get 1 bar. After this contract, switching back.So, they reached out saying send an email so we can chat, and I send 2 emails and still nothing. So I'm taking another star away.

I came to this location to switch from AT&T. I was told after asking MULTIPLE times that they would do the reimbursement for switching over for ALL DEVICES. When they directed me to the online application to do so, I found out I couldn’t do the reimbursement for my watches. This is after clarifying multiple times because you have to pay off your devices with your previous carrier first. So I paid over $700 to AT&T and T-Mobile said they’d reimburse it all.After finding out I couldn’t get the reimbursem online, I contacted the manager who said to just email him everything and he’d handle the reimbursement for the watches on his end. That was almost a month ago and he hasn’t reached out at all d spite me leaving him messages and follow up emails. So they got me to spend $700 under the premise they would pay it back, got me to switch, and then won’t do the refund. I continue to try and get in touch with him, but who knows if I will ever get my money back. Make sure you double, triple, quadruple check everything they say! And even then, it likely will still not be the truth.

She had no clue what she was doing. First it was free then it cost. Never told me there was a monthly charge. Returned the item next day. Wasted my time and gas.
