Extremely happy with the service, and highly recommended. Terry provided me with a very fast and accurate quote. While doing the repair he found a problem related to my initial issue, a damaged/ bent window track. His shop went above and beyond to fix the window track on top of my window regulator so "it would be done right" without charging me more than my quote. Terry is an honest and straight forward mechanic that not only lets you know exactly whats going on, he shows you the damaged part and why its damaged. I really cannot say enough good things about the experience I had using this shop.

He has done multiple repairs and maintenance over years. When you call him over phone and tell him what it is doing, most times can tell you what problem is. Knows domestic models and their strengths and weaknesses so most times knows what it needs before you get it to shop. Those I have referred to him with “unsolvable” problems that he solves. Hands down the best repair shop in East Texas! Terry is old school and honest as the day is long. Reasonable prices, too. His crew-Dwight, Rusty, and Billy are cut from the same cloth as Terry and have been with Terry many years. Terry is so knowledgeable, and he often fixes problems no other shop in town can figure out. They have no sign, website, or answering service. But they are the best in town!
