He has done multiple repairs and maintenance over years. When you call him over phone and tell him what it is doing, most times can tell you what problem is. Knows domestic models and their strengths and weaknesses so most times knows what it needs before you get it to shop. Those I have referred to him with “unsolvable” problems that he solves. Terry is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He did a great job getting our air conditioning working while no other shop in town could do so. I will definitely let him repair my other vehicles.

Hands down the best repair shop in East Texas! Terry is old school and honest as the day is long. Reasonable prices, too. His crew-Dwight, Rusty, and Billy are cut from the same cloth as Terry and have been with Terry many years. Terry is so knowledgeable, and he often fixes problems no other shop in town can figure out. They have no sign, website, or answering service. But they are the best in town!

Thank you Terry's Repair for having such interity. My college age son has been working in the Tyler area for the summer and needed what seemed to be a costly repair on his truck. Terry's Repair took time to look further and found it needed only a minor repair at a fraction of the cost of what was first diagnosed. Thank you for being honest and repairing the small part and not taking advantage of a customer. You are a breath of fresh air!
