I used to go to this store all the time with my grandparents on my way back out to Palestine. They were always so respectful and happy to greet us. It’s sad to see it has now gone to a dump with really rude employees. My friends and I have a shop nearby and every time I go in the fat blonde older lady always stares at me and gets frustrated when I use card or Apple Pay instead of cash. I also walked in 30 minutes before close one day and she said “you’ll need to hurry up, we close soon”. I try my best to be as respectful and polite like I was raised, I always greet her with a smile and a “how are you” just to be met with her snatching my items and giving me a sigh before saying “fine”. This is not how you run a business and maintain customers. I will avoid this gas station now and drive the extra mile or so to the Sunoco. Hopefully they fix whatever they have going on.

I dont understand the 1 Star reviews. Having come from CA....you dont know what rude is. This place is 100% America. Its what I served 25 years in Armed Services to protect. As a proud new local to the area. This surely is the "stop for guilty pleasure food" on the way to the shooting range :-) in Frankston. Oh yeah The burgers were good and the REAL freshly cooked bacon awesome. I would take over "IN n Out" any day. And when your done.... jump across street for a DQ shake.

I got called by my very pregnant wife saying she was out of gas and the car died. She coasted up to the pumps at the Blue store on HWY 155 at 6:53pm. When she tried to put her card in the pump it said it was off. She asked a hispnic lady who worked there what time they turn the pumps off and the lady told her 7pm. She told the woman that she had our two year old in the car (while it was hot as balls outside) and asked her if they could turn them back on. The lady went and asked the man who closed and locked the doors if he would turn them on and he said No and drove off! Leaving a pregnant woman and her toddler roasting in the car. Luckily we live not far and I have full gas cans. Let's show this guy that this is not how we treat people in Texas! And it's for sure not how you treat a vulnerable local customer! This community is the only reason this place is even in business. When you think about what I wrote ask yourself what you would do if your wife and kid were treated like this or as a mother how you would feel if it was your baby he did this to!!!

The ladies that work behind the counter are ALWAYS rude. The first time, I thought they might just be having a bad day. Turns out, every day is evidently a bad day for them. Maybe they have a hostile work environment causing those nasty attitudes.

I used to love this place. My family goes there several times a week for their burgers, gas, snacks, etc. The ladies working the cash registers at the front have always been very kind and friendly. No complaints at all about them. Typically, when we get their food, we call in ahead of time for our order and just pick it up at the register. There has never once been an issue. Food was wonderful and always the correct order. However, today, I made the mistake of taking my elderly, invalid mother to their store to look over their buffet and order some food. We lost my grandpa today and were looking for some comfort food. While perusing the buffet for a whole 10 seconds, the young dark haired young lady rudely inquired what we wanted. My elderly mother (who just lost her father) very nicely replied that we were still looking and would let her know when we were ready to order. The young lady did not bother to hide her irritation at my poor mother and proceeded to roll her eyes and stated to let us know when we were ready. After maybe a minute more, we decided on our order and I myself politely asked the young lady if we could place a to-go order. She was on the phone and rudely told me to wait, then promptly slammed the phone down and asked what we wanted. Despite her rudeness, I continued to be nice. I asked her for a chef salad for my mother, who requested extra dressing, and the young woman acted like we had asked for the moon. She slammed her pen down and asked what else we wanted. I (again, very politely) asked her for 2 cheeseburgers all the way with mustard and 1 cheeseburger all the way with mayo. She rolled her eyes and wrote the order down. I then nicely asked for 2 to-go sodas and she literally snapped at me that it was help yourself and for us to get it ourselves, which was fine, but we didn't know that and there was no reason for her to be so incredibly rude about it. While getting our sodas, a few young men approached her to put in an order. She couldn't have been nicer to them and told them she was having a bad day but they were making it better. At this point, my elderly mother and I were pretty upset but just got our drinks and and went and sat until our order was ready. When the very sweet cashier told us our food was ready, we went to the counter and discovered the young lady had only given us 2 burgers. Not a big deal. But when my poor, sweet mom informed her that we actually had ordered 3 burgers, the very rude young lady rolled her eyes again and stated that no, I had told her 2 burgers. My mother politely informed her that I had actually really ordered 3 burgers. The young woman said fine and stomped off to get our last burger. I have NEVER in my life been treated so incredibly poorly by anyone for no reason at all. We all have bad days, and if she was having one then I am sorry for her. However, my mother had lost her father, I had lost my grandpa, and we absolutely did not deserve her rudeness and her overall disgusting attitude. My mother and I were both in tears when we finally left, and we were both so upset that we were unable to eat our food. My family will NEVER visit this establishment again, for any reason at all. She may have been having a rough day, but we lost a loved one and were treated horribly by this young woman. If you are a young male and would like to order food from here in person then you will probably be treated lovely by this young woman. But my family will never spend money there again and I would like to thank her for making a horrible, painful day that much more horrific.

It’s been several years since we were last here. We had a burger, a cheeseburger, and an order of onion rings, no drinks. $17. The burgers were both dry. They had a really good amount of fixings on them, very fresh. The onion rings were as expected…hot greasy and good. I had wanted to add bacon to my single patty cheeseburger- $3. Interesting that making the cheeseburger a double was only $2 more. Summary: ok place to stop by, nothing to really remember.

Two blonde ladies on Memorial weekend were not very friendly at all and did not show any appreciation I just spent 78 bucks there. The older one was annoyed that I asked her what the blackberry cobbler was
