Called earlier regarding a few questions about a pre release event, the men I spoke to on the phone were incredibly rude and cut me off multiple times, I hardly made it through a sentence. Made the decision for me that I don't need to be shopping here.

Wouldn't recommend. I came into this shop to buy yugioh cards. To preface, while I was there only one other person was browsing in the shop. I spoke with the owner directly, I had a prepared list of 30 cards I was specifically looking for. Originally she told me that it would take them 20-30 minutes to find them and price them for me. I told her that was fine. No one attempted to look for anything while I was there. During our interaction she took a break to go and "play her turn" in a board game she was taking part in. As I was leaving the store to put things in my car she said that she would message me about the card list within the next 2-3 days. After putting my things in the car I came back in to question her about the statement and she said "that they will get to it when they get to it, and that I was more than welcome to take my business elsewhere". Super unprofessional experience all around, they didn't really seem like they were in the business of selling anything at all or really wanted anyone there to begin with.

Went for the first time yesterday, found a very cool place. Got some awesome World of Warcraft figures, and a full size Ashbringer!

Love the Castle!! Everytime we’ve been in they are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They have the best prices in town on tcg and some awesome collectibles for just about any fandom you want. They are lovely and we absolutely can’t wait to visit again.

They are over pricing quite a few commander decks.
They want over $400 for the ur dragon.
They want $85 for wind grace which is a $60 deck. Its an ok store. But I would not recommend

A great store for all things CCG, TCG, and Anime with a wide selection of great products. Lots of space to play in many different tournaments with great prizes! Definitely worth checking out!

Great experience both times we have been in, kiddo is into pokemon and I'm trying to learn it. Owner took the time to show us around the store. She was very helpful and explained alot about the cards and different sets to help us better understand them. Will definetly be back.
