Charlie (The Clone Shop) is a genius and a treasure. My work-related PC was on a major fritz, and I had to bring it in for numerous repairs. Charlie stopped what he was working on in the back room and got me back up and running while I waited. Remarkable. Thank you. Highly recommended!
