I got an amazing haircut several months ago from Caroline and went to get some hair products yesterday for my extremely thinning , dry hair . Lady who helped me, was so nice!!! I have used the products only once so far and I can already tell the difference!! Aveda products are absolutely amazing and the staff at this salon are amazing as well, highly recommend!!!!

After moving from Austin, my first experience at a Tyler salon was disappointing—the stylist seemed uninterested and did a poor job. However, this salon has been a completely different experience from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. I’m always greeted with a smile right when I enter, and I’ve never once had to wait for my stylist—a rare and appreciated convenience.
Caroline has been cutting my hair since my very first visit, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. Each appointment starts with her asking, “What are we doing today?” and she truly listens to what I want. She offers helpful suggestions without ever being pushy and always tailors the cut perfectly to my style and needs. The way she makes me feel comfortable and at home adds so much to the overall experience.
Beyond just haircuts, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The salon uses high-quality products, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect—from the cleanliness to the personalized service.
If you’re looking for a salon where you’ll be treated with respect, where your stylist values your time and preferences, and where you can relax knowing you’re in expert hands, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend this salon and Caroline to anyone in the Tyler area!

I was very hesitant to try a new salon, as I’ve had not the greatest experiences at other salons, but I was long overdue for a cut and color. Rebecca was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! She was very understanding with my unique accommodation requests. She was thorough in her explanation as to the two types of color being used. She also asked before she cut if this was the length I want and with the layers as well. She definitely wanted to make sure that I got the cut and style I wanted. I felt so beautiful and relieved when she was done. Highly recommend this place and especially, Rebecca! Will definitely be back and recommend to others, because I found my new salon and stylist!!

Okay so… first of all… The Rage saved me from pulling a 2007 Britney Spears and shaving my head. I was SO OVER my blah hair and had it cut a couple weeks ago at a different place and it was so messed up I didn’t even want to wear it down. I called LAST MINUTE and asked if they could get me in. The gal who answered the phone was the best therapist and talked me off the ledge?they got me in that same afternoon and THANK GOD for Rebecca. REMEMBER THAT NAME! Seriously! She fixed the layers to, at least, blend a bit without sacrificing my length. She then did a balayage highlight thing that added dimension and made my hair look AMAZING! I don’t even have a before picture because it was HIDEOUS! I will DEFINITELY be going back and bringing my daughters too! Having just moved to the area, I am so grateful to have found the best hair stylist on the first try! Count me in as a regular client! Thank you SO MUCH Rebecca! Oh and, side note, I had never really been a fan of Aveda products but after Rebecca walked me through the product and the differences, plus gave me a sample to take home, I will be going back to get more!

Margaret does my hair every time, and I cannot recommend anyone else more highly. They take such amazing care of you and I always get exactly what I'm after!! Very sweet, customer service is great, the overall experience is wonderfully calming and relaxing. Amazing talents at The Rage!
