So many selections! Great staff that is both friendly and helpful. Emily helped me pick out tile and flooring and kept my selections on a card to help me order later. Even helped me load it in my Camry. No, kidding....she didn't but said she would if that's what it took.

We had the best experience from Emily but was misinformed about the return of the tile we purchased. When we went back to return the unopened box Mary Knight refused to give us our money for the unopen box. Even tho Emily had told us we could return it The Tile Shop, or Mary Knight would not stand behind what their employee had told us. They didn’t even seem to want to work with us at all.Poor customer service in my eyes!

Customer service is key for me, and Mary was very helpful from the start, she welcomed me every time I walked in and would brainstorm with me and give her professional feedback! Iv walked in to a lot of tile businesses and no one in town has ever made me feel welcomed like The Tile Shop did! I highly recommend this Tile Shop for any of your tile needs!
