Touchstone is a great place to get testing done. The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. The place is clean and inviting. The wait times are minimal, in my experience. I am loyal to Touchstone. The only issue is the phone system. There is a real problem there. Put on hold for long periods of time, only to speak to noone. No call backs given. It's very frustrating. It seems like it would be an easy fix...that's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Get a better way to communicate with your customers!

The staff is caring and considerate. I felt more like an individual than a number (as one tends to feel at hospitals). I will forever ask for outside imaging now. It is a totally different experience: faster, convenient, better customer service.
