This is the BEST PLACE to get any imaging done! They explain everything clearly and in Lego instructions which I need! The entire staff understands how this can be unnerving and are there for you in anyway possible, just ask!

Staff is rude. Technician does not change the paper sheet between patients and was a bit argumentative when I asked to have an unnecessary part of the equipment removed due to extreme claustrophobia.

***ZERO STARS GIVEN!!!!*** DO NOT GO HERE!!!
This is the absolute worst imaging facility ever! My husband went for an MRI & they were unable to do it. The nurse and the doctor both tried numerous times to start the iv for the contrast, but were not skilled enough to do it. My husband said they strapped him down on a hard metal table & THEN tried to start the iv with a huge needle!!! They tried in his hands AND feet only to be unsuccessful! My husband looked like a boxer when he came out with both hands bandaged up! We ended up leaving without having the MRI done. We both took a day off from work & drove over an hour to this facility. It was a total waste of time. We decided to go to Baylor in Dallas to have the MRI done & my husband said the experience was like night & day. Steer clear of Touchstone Imaging in Tyler...they don't know what they're doing.

They scheduled my husbands appointment for an MRI a month out at 7am with a 6:45am arrival time and they don't open until 8am! We waited outside the office for an hour and a half!!!! Completely unacceptable
