“We were on the way home from a weekend trip when we experienced car issues in the afternoon, resulting in us being stuck in a small town nearly 2 hours from home. Fortunately we had Triple A... unfortunately they had us waiting for nearly 10 hours, stranded in the middle of the night they informed us that we would not be towed until the afternoon the next day. We would have been stranded for 24 hours... until they finally decided to call this company, though they were not affiliated with Triple A nor in our current location or served the area we needed we go they came to tow us. Our tower, JD called us right away letting us know he was coming having to drive a while out to us and arrived in an hour, he immediately got us hooked up and within 10 minutes we were on our way home finally after 12 hours. He was very understanding of our situation and very easy to talk to, the trip home hardly seemed like 1 1/2 hours, once home he quickly and safely got our vehicle in the driveway. This towing company came to our aid when several others refused (due to distance) and Triple A seemed to favor letting us be stranded for 24 hours. We will be dropping Triple A and from now on we'll just call this guys and pay incase of a similar situation, they made a rather stressful experience end well.”
“My car blew a tire while I was driving by TJC. I didn’t have any family nearby and it was midnight. It was around 2am, Ive called about a dozen tow truck places and finally Found this place by accident on Google and let me tell you it was the best experience I’ve ever had.
