First class service department, scheduled appointments equal less down time. Benita has been a pleasure to work with for years and is changing locations to the new bass pro. Of the service stays the same which I would expect that will be what every bass pro should strive for!

Bought a part to fix my trollin motor and it was defective went to exchange it and they would not exchange it cause I didn't have the rest of the wire clipping but had the bad part and they still wouldn't exchange , so I left the bad part on the counter and told them to just keep it , and I be dammed if I go back to that place ever again, far as I'm concerned they can shut that place down I will not be doin business ever again

My experience at Tracker Boating Center in Tyler Texas was excellent. Bonita, the service center manager was great to work with and Mark the main service mechanic diagnosed the issue quickly and was super knowledgeable. Quick turn around and everything was handled top notch!

I have been to many boat and supply stores but hands down, the ONE that cares is this one. You are not rushed to a buy, you don't walk out the door saying what the F did I just do.Repairs, what can I say, they happen but if they need to be done, this is also the place. They are just doing the basics, they identify, triangulate, and walk you through what needs to he done to get you back on the lake.People place....Thanks

Called to ask about a motor, which happened to be a Yamaha. Was advised that they only sell Mercury products, and in not a nice way. Now I knew I had the incorrect dealership, and that the Yamaha dealer was next door. The woman that answered the phone was the rudest, most obnoxious person I've ever spoken to. She could've corrected me nicely and given me the information that I needed, but NOOO, she was rude as hell and wanted to argue. She needs to be FIRED, there are nicer people out there who need jobs! and will do them in a much nicer, more professional manner!

Benita Wood the service Manager at Tracker Marine Flint has change the world of boat service. No 3-4 weeks before you get your boat back for a repair or Warranty.I have used them 3 times now for warranty work and service on my Caymas 21pro with a Mercury 250 pro xs. Every time only 1-3 days.. just this week I had a trim issue act up with the Merc and she had me in the same day, part order and boat back in 2 days. Ready for weekend tournament. Thanks tracker and crew , you all are the best in the area for Mercury work!!!!

Bad experience. Their website says they are open until 2pm on Saturdays. We drove almost an hour to get there, looking for a new Tracker bass boat. Arrived just before 1 pm. Saw several people who looked like employees leaving. The Open sign was lit up. Walked in the door and the girl at the desk in the back said they're closed. We said "But your website says you're open until 2 and we drove for an hour". She said "Yea, sorry, we close at 1." So, they know the website is wrong but don't care. We went down the road a ways and found a Ranger instead. Obviously, customer service is not important to this operation.
