  Travis answered my phone call today, and he was amazing. He immediately went to the shelf to see if the dog food I asked for was in stock. Sadly, it wasn't there, so he ran to the back and found a whole pallet. He then price checked it for me. 🥰 It is so hard to find good customer service these days. I wanted to make sure he got recognized!

  The air smelled of dust, metal, and something faintly of leather—a place where every aisle tells a story. I wandered in, aimlessly at first, until my eyes landed on the brooding lamps. Dark, industrial, their bulbs flickering with quiet promise. They felt like the kind of light that could cast shadows on a secret project.
  
  Nearby, a machete gleamed—sharp, ready for something more than backyard weeds. The handle was worn in the right way, as though it had seen things. Things it wouldn’t talk about.
  
  And then, just as the day seemed too ordinary, I found it: a coat on clearance. Heavy, rugged, the kind of coat that looked like it had been designed for more than just weather—perhaps to endure a storm of one’s own making.
  
  Tractor Supply—where brooding lamps, a machete, and a coat on clearance come together, as if waiting for the next chapter to begin.

  I love Tractor Supply and their products so it is always a pleasure to visit this store. This trip the gentleman at the checkout was very helpful directing me to the product I needed. When I got to the area the girl working there took me directly to it and asked if I needed anymore help. Both were very professional and friendly!

  Dont think about making a last minute trip here! Locked out of the store at 8:54 while making direct eye contact w/ employee (im assuming manager) with keys who then walked away from me behind the locked doors.

  No AC!! It’s so hot in there that the garden thermometers are reading over 90 degrees early in the morning! What is going on?? Employees are covered in sweat and some of them look on the verge of passing out, and I’m sure they’re not being given enough water. This is atrocious. OSHA will be contacted.

  Cashier on her phone acted like I was disturbing her by wanting to checkout.
  Line got way too long before another register opened.
  Employees passing by checkout line with "not my problem" attitude.
  Older man asked for help out to his car and employee told him they weren't allowed to while it was raining, but in a rude way.
  Had to ask if I had a birthday coupon. Bothered Cashier said I did, but didn't apply it to my purchase. Came back in to ask if my coupon was applied. Was rudely told by Rain Lady that I needed to spend $50. Thanks for the info. And some birthday coupon. Got back in line to do a return. Bothered Cashier had even bigger attitude this time around.

  Stopped by early in the day for propane. Told us come back at noon. We did, service employee told us he was busy.....come back in 30 minutes. I will never come back to rude, lying employees

  Called about the trailer rental, looked up my account , “free rental” came into the store asked the lady about she said “I guess we’re just busy” stood around for 30 minutes before she finally said “you have to pay in the store” I don’t understand why she never mentioned about getting line. Poor service.
