5 stars for the way everyone treated me. 0 stars for 5.5 hours to get loaded. By the looks of it, I was lucky. I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes I feel obligated to warn others.

This is the worst location in the USA. There’s absolutely no system here. I’d give it 0 stars. They make drivers wait 8–10 hours and act like it’s completely normal. It feels like they don’t care about drivers at all. This is a terrible location.

Horrible. The one thing that was even adequate was check in. Avoid. The reviews are accurate.
