I have never had such rude dealings with a company before. They came out to give me an estimate back in October, but I ended up having to pay for a medical procedure, so I couldn't have my room re-carpeted at the time. After saving up my money again, I was finally able to afford it, but because it had been 9 months since the last quote, I assumed that I was going to have to have the quote redone. When I called them, this assumption was confirmed. I made an appointment to have Dennis come out for Friday afternoon. I waited for 3 hours, and no one ever showed!! I tried calling the offices, and no one answered the phones. So, today (Monday), I called to find out what had happened. I was told that someone came by my house, didn’t see a car in the driveway, and left. I park my car in the garage! No one called or knocked on the door. They just assumed that I wasn’t home. Then, he said, “I’ve been out there before. Are you actually going to do something this time?” When I said that this was a very rude thing to say, he made no apologies. I told them that I would find my business elsewhere, but thank you for their time. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a company that I was going to give my hard-earned money to. I know that they had been out there before, but things happen. I explained my situation to them back in October, and they seemed to be understanding. I guess that wasn’t the case. I will never use this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I suggest they have their employees take some customer service classes ASAP!
