Loved dealing with Debbie, the Farmers Insurance rep, in the paint and body shop. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I haven't had time to really look the hail damage repairs over, but at first glance, the repairs seem great. I don't expect to find any issues.

my review is in regards to the salesman Josh Minick, who sold us a Ford Escape. the Ford dealership was the fifth of the day for us, and we had yet to feel 100% comfortable with making a purchase up to this point.Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He understood our needs as we expressed them and did not try to push vehicles higher than what we were looking for. we ended up with a 2018 Ford Escape with 70k miles on it.Josh is a smart salesman who is professional before, during, and after the sale. I'd recommend seeing him if you are looking for a car/truck.the photos we taken with one of our daughters by Josh on receiving vehicle.

Tyler Ford took excellent care of my vehicle and me. I was given a loaner vehicle because I did not want to wait for the service to be performed. The vehicle service was completed faster than they had estimated. I was very satisfied.

My daughter hasn't had her f150 for 3 years yet. She purchased the extended warranty to be on the safe side. My daughter is 40 yrs of age. She don't drive reckless . One day a car zoomed past us and it threw a rock into her windshield. She took it to a dealership and the put a "new" windshield in it and since has had NOTHING but issues. Tyler Ford had it for 2 1/2 months to supposedly "fix" the issue!!! She had to work and they didn't give her a rental to drive and just left her hanging. Long story short, they FINALLY GIVE IT BACK AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!! What's worse is she has no screen on her truck for the right location. It shows she's in Lansing Michigan!! They told her to bring it bk and they would fix it again lol. Now a month later they told her today that they will not fix it. Her truck was brand new and she hasn't had it 3 yrs yet. How do these dealers do this to people and get by with it legally. Don't take your vehicle to be fixed and SURE DONT BUY ONE FROM THEM!!

I can't say enough about the absolute friendly service I received today. My car wouldn't start and Blain brought his tow truck to my location and ended up only having to give me a jump start. I then went to the Ford house and they replaced my battery in a timely manner all done with the best customer service.

My Service Advisor Candi was phenomenal. I set an appointment with her and when she saw me pull in to Tyler Ford she greeted me with a smile. Once my repair was completed, Candi called to explain that my vehicle was ready early and that I could come pick it up. Thank you Candi as well as Tyler Ford for caring about your customers.

My car has had a few things that have needed repair lately and the customer service by Bobby Flores is always top notch. I also love that Tyler Ford has day loaners for anytime I need an oil change and ect. Always easy & quick to get in and out of there!

My window got stuck in the down position. Every Ford place in Houston was booked for days and even weeks. Bobby in the service dept was great! Scheduled me right away during my vacation. They knew I was on vacation and so they said they would at a min get my window up.By 2pm, they completely fixed my window, plus fixed another window that was raddling, completed 3 recalls AND fixed my underbelly that broke in the corner.Amazing service, nice people, great work and could handle an emergency.

Shout out to Barbara and the whole team at the body shop! Excellent work, fast and reasonable. Barbara kept me updated on progress the whole time. My car came back to me detailed inside and out, looking like new! I'm very happy. The service team is also great. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and polite. This is a great place to bring your vehicle!

Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service received after buying my 2022, $80K truck. Ford Corporate notified me of a recall. When I called about this recall I was shuttled between Candy, Brandon, Jim and Sean. Out of all these employees, none could address my recall. My messages to the G.M. of Tyler Ford, or the owner were not returned. When I reached out to a Ford dealer with better reviews, they took care of the recall in less than an hour while I waited.
